		<description>Do we know what type of reassignment that may be? We don&#039;t, so we can&#039;t make an opinion of the price. Plus, we don&#039;t need a CIO of the US. Facebook &amp; Twitter? What are this guys credientials? Facebook &amp; Twitter aren&#039;t technologies, they are web applications that are cheesy at best; not something you integrate your government into. 

I do agree that Mr. Singh is out of line, especially if he knows the NSW is currently working on an App. You don&#039;t step on peoples shoes like that. He should be sued for whatever he has already made on the app, plus penalties to drive the point home.</description>
