I haven’t seen any life at in over a year. Submissions seem to drop into /dev/null. Around 2003 a single submission there would be multiplied over 100 times (once per country), giving you a lot of links from different subdomains. While that isn’t necessarily a good thing, it was better than dropping into /dev/null.
