It was held at the Kursalon Konzert Salon.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 338px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190518183405im_\/http:\/\/www.amsterdamtobudapest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/IMG_7748.jpg\" alt=\"Kursalon\" width=\"338\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kursalon poster<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We were advised to wear (gents) trousers, a dress shirt, and a jacket and tie. I was in the minority by abiding by this dress code, but most came in their cruising clothes! A few came in shorts, t-shirts and runners. One group was all properly suited and booted.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190518183405im_\/http:\/\/www.amsterdamtobudapest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/IMG_7754.jpg\" alt=\"concert hall\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">The band comes on stage (no photos allowed during the performance)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>More than a thousand people were packed in the rectangular room where Mozart gave his first concert. It was uncomfortable and hot! I&#8217;d advise people to wear clothing suited for hot climates. Nobody checks your dress.
